Challenge
Building a P2P sharing platform where strangers trust each other with their belongings. The core problem: how do you create accountability, prevent fraud, and handle disputes — without being the middleman for every transaction?
Solution
We built a trust layer from the ground up — identity verification, item condition logging, insurance integration, and a transparent review system. Payments are held in escrow and released only when both sides confirm the exchange.
UX & Design
Designed the complete borrower and lender flows — from listing an item to completing an exchange. Trust signals were built into every screen.
