Challenge
Pachaca needed to digitise an on-demand cleaning and dry-cleaning business across multiple Ukrainian cities — giving customers a fast mobile booking experience while giving the operations team real-time control over orders, cleaners, and service areas.
Solution
We built the entire digital stack from scratch: native iOS and Android apps for customers, a full web service for desktop users, and a custom internal CMS tailored to how the Pachaca team manages daily operations.
Overview
Pachaca is an on-demand cleaning and dry-cleaning service operating across multiple cities in Ukraine. Customers book professional cleaning for apartments, furniture, and clothing — quickly and entirely online. We built the entire digital infrastructure: customer-facing mobile apps, a web service, and an internal operations system.
