A peer-to-peer platform that lets people lend and borrow items within their community – with built-in trust, tracking, and secure payments.

The problem
Building a P2P sharing platform where strangers trust each other with their belongings. The core problem: how do you create accountability, prevent fraud, and handle disputes – without being the middleman for every transaction?
What it had to do
We built a trust layer from the ground up – identity verification, item condition logging, insurance integration, and a transparent review system. Payments are held in escrow and released only when both sides confirm the exchange.
What you get
User verification
Identity checks and profile trust scores to establish accountability between strangers.
Item tracking
Condition logs before and after each exchange with photo evidence and timestamps.
Escrow payments
Funds held securely and released only after both parties confirm the completed exchange.
Review system
Two-way reviews that build trust over time and surface reliable community members.
Insurance integration
Optional item insurance for high-value goods – embedded directly in the listing flow.
In-app messaging
Secure chat between borrower and lender without exposing personal contact details.

How we got there
01
Designed the complete borrower and lender flows – from listing an item to completing an exchange. Trust signals were built into every screen.
02
Built the full platform – identity verification, escrow payment logic, item condition logging with photo evidence, two-way review system, and in-app messaging.
