Design only works too

Mostly for marketplaces, P2P products, member networks and booking businesses.

How we think

Most studios ask what you want built. We ask what it has to survive.

Each product fails differently. We work out which failure would actually cost you, then design for that one.

Same brief, three ways to fail

Marketing site

Has to collect real leads.

Fails when it only looks good.

Field app

Has to work for your crew with one hand.

Fails when it was designed at a desk.

Booking flow

Has to hold up on a Saturday night.

Fails when nobody is on call.

How we work

01

One team, start to finish

The people who scope your project design it and build it. Nobody hands your product to a second team after the pitch.

02

We'll tell you not to build it

Sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet, an existing tool, or waiting. We'd rather lose the project on the first call than watch it die at month five. Ask for an example – we'll name one.

03

Same timezone, EU contracts

Poznań, Poland. An EU entity your legal team can contract with, and a team working your hours. Nobody schedules a 6am standup.

What the product needs

04

Cold start before pixels

The first question in every project: who joins on day one, and why do they stay while the other side is still empty?

05

Trust is a feature, not a policy page

Verification, reputation, disputes, moderation. In a P2P product this isn't compliance – it's the product.

06

We ship the boring 20%

Admin panels, moderation queues, refund flows, dispute handling. Unglamorous, never in the portfolio, and the reason platforms survive their first year.

Who you'll actually work with

13 people. Nobody on yours is at 20%.

Most studios our size sell you a team and staff you a fraction of five people spread across six projects. We assign a squad and it stays yours until launch. That caps how many projects we run at once. It's the trade we chose.

The whole studio, one dot per person

Product & Design

4

Engineering

Backend that survives a marketplace: verification, matching, payments, roles, permissions. Deep enough to run parallel workstreams – the platform and the admin tooling get built at the same time, not one after the other.

Product & Design

Interfaces for products where two different people want two different things from the same screen. Owner and renter. Club and member. Shipper and carrier.

We'll ask what you can test by hand, without ads, before we design anything. If there's no answer yet, we'll say the product isn't ready instead of taking the money.

Because we build where people have to find and trust each other, by hand, by a schedule, or across a border: logistics, platforms and marketplaces, agritech, and community. Outside that we'd be guessing on your budget.

It depends on the trust model, number of participant roles and operational tooling. We'll give you a rough budget range on the first call and a fixed price after scope. If a prototype is the smarter first step, we'll say so.

Yes. Design-only or build-only both work. We'll scope it accordingly.

Yes. We'll audit first and give you an honest verdict, including "rewrite" or "keep your current team."

Discovery → design → build → launch. One-week sprints, a demo every sprint. You always know what shipped and what's next.

Retainers for ongoing development and iteration. Most clients stay – but the first version is the one that decides whether there's anything to iterate on.

Book the free call or send the form. We reply within 24 hours with relevant cases and an honest read on fit.
